- Tell us a story:
The best way to convey your idea is usually to tell a story of the problem you’re trying to solve. - Be specific:
If you’re idea involves other products, make sure to include the product name, and version if possible. Since every customer and every project are different, it is invaluable for us to know exactly how Zeplay fits into your bigger workflow. - Don’t worry if you don’t know how to solve the problem:
We love solving problems, so don’t worry if you don’t know how to address your issues. Sometimes a good description of a pain point in your day-to-day use of the product is all that it takes to make a massive improvement.
